UK Orders

    • Shipping rates vary and will be calculated at checkout.

    • Rates may change depending on seasonal factors, courier availability, or promotional offers.

International Orders

    • Shipping rates vary by destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

    • Costs may also fluctuate depending on seasonal changes, courier services, or promotional offers.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Approximately 7–15 business days for Premium Delivery

  • Approximately 20-30 business days for Standard Delivery

These are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier performance, customs processes, and local postal services.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once they reach your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

  • Customs checks may also add to the delivery time.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track your parcel through our tracking page or via the courier’s website.

  • If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery.

  • In such cases, customers must raise a claim directly with the courier service.

  • We will provide any tracking details or courier contact information to assist you with your claim.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.

  • Orders returned to us as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. Instead, they will be refunded minus shipping fees.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be updated or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After processing begins, we’re unable to make changes to shipping details.
